From 2009-2014, Jose A. Rodriguez was editor-in-chief of the former Mi Estilo Magazine, a Metro Detroit online publication aimed at area Latinos and people interest in Latino culture.

In the past, he had the opportunity to guest host on WDET, Detroit’s NPR station, as well as delivering the commencement speech at Covenant House Academy Southwest in Detroit.

Jose believes in questioning “conventional thinking” because it may not longer be conventional or even valid. He believes that before this questioning should begin on a larger level, it must begin on an individual level.

Jose lives in the Detroit area.
